The California Association of Long Term Care Medicine (CALTCM) together with Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG), the Medicare Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for California and Arizona, invites nursing home medical directors, administrators, directors of nursing, infection preventionists, and vaccine ambassadors to join this meeting series.

CALTCM physician experts will be available to field questions and discuss common challenges that could potentially lead to vaccine hesitancy, and HSAG will be available to field questions and share tools and resources.
