The California Association of Long Term Care Medicine is accredited by the California Medical Association (CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

California Association of Long Term Care Medicine designates this Blended Learning Activity for a maximum of 18.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the creditcommensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 
 
American Board of Internal Medicine MOC Statement (ABIM)
Successful completion of this activity enables the participant to earn 18.0 Practice Assessment points [and patient safety / medical knowledge MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ABIM for the purpose of granting the MOC points. (For attendees who request ABIM MOC credit: Attendee information will be shared with ABIM.)
 
Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
