The California Association of Long Term Care Medicine is accredited by the California Medical Association (CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) 
Accreditation for this program is provided by the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSHP). CSHP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. American Board of Internal Medicine MOC Statement (ABIM)
Successful completion of this activity enables the participant to earn 20.0 Practice Assessment points [and patient safety / medical knowledge MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ABIM for the purpose of granting the MOC points. (For attendees who request ABIM MOC credit: Attendee information will be shared with ABIM.)
 
American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) 
This CME activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 12.5 management hours and 7.5 clinical hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by theABPLM.  Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.

Nursing Home Administrators Program (NHAP)
